School Locations Hosting Bright Futures Play Academy

Picture
Bright Futures Play Academy is overseen by Learning Services from Wolf Creek Division Office. Our programs are offered in various school sites across Wolf Creek Public Schools.

Program times and hours in each school community will vary depending on enrollment.

Individual schools have been selected to host the program and are found below.
Bright Futures Play Academy runs from mid September to mid June, depending on the school calendar. We offer 2 days per week, of three-hour half-day programs, typically available in the morning or afternoon depending on interest in each community. Each half-day program is 6 hours per week.

Program times will vary from school to school to align with entry and dismissal times.

Family Oriented Programming sessions are offered in partnership with community programs and agencies.

WHERE SHOULD I APPLY?

Bright Futures Play Academy does not have catchment areas for our programming. This allows families to choose Pre-Kindergarten programming at any of our seven locations within the district.
Please note that catchment areas for Wolf Creek Public Schools begin with Kindergarten.

WCPS District Office

“If we wait to intervene until children are in school or even adults, we miss out on the most promising opportunities to create better outcomes for our children. This means that investing wisely in those first five years of life will yield a wide range of dividends for our collective benefit.”
